Working Principle and Main Function:
The new closed type coating machine, mianly composed of PLC automatic control system, sugarcoating pan, hot air system, automatic liquid supply and
air supply spraying system, dedust and exhaust unit etc.
Coating pan isolates from external surrounding, the rotational speed of coating pan is controllable according to the working process and production requirement.
The complete working process of coating, spraying and dedusting can be setted and automatically controlledinside the isolated cabinet, which perfectly
meets the GMP requirement and keep the pill, pellet, tablet away from pollution.
